John Meredith

Ret. SMSgt John Wayne Meredith, 95 of Ashland City, TN passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025.

A Graveside service with AirForce Honors will be held at a later date at Bruneau Cemetery, Mountain Home, ID.

John was born on May 24, 1930, in Wynne, AR, son to the late John Edward Meredith and Lona Holt Meredith. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Babara Meredith and daughter, Judith Homa.

He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States AirForce, John served his Country for 25 years. John was a Christian and loved spending time hunting and fishing.

Left to cherish John’s memory are his children; Micheal Meredith, Deborah J Meredith, and Becky Meredith; brother, James Meredith; sisters, Charline Willingham and Mary Tucker; grandchildren, Dawn Meredith, Ashley Frigge, Jacob Kuecker and Haley Meredith. John also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
