Jo Anne Seibert, 68, Clarksville, died Thursday, September 10, 2009, at her residence. No services are planned. Jo Anne was born May 29, 1941 in Sheboygan, WI the daughter of Walter Platkus and Audrey Grayson Platkus. She was a homemaker that enjoyed fishing and along with her husband had a passion for training and showing Border Terriers and Miniature Schnauzers, and Wire Fox Terriers. Survivors include her husband Terry Seibert, daughters, Trina (Ricky) Phipps, Lauralee Seibert, grandchildren, Tony Schurmann and Michael Wronski, and a brother Walter Platkus.
