Harold Dean Ballard

Harold Dean Ballard, age 80 of Cumberland City, TN, passed away Monday, June 3, 2024 at Waverly Healthcare and Rehab.

   The family is planning a Memorial Service at a later date.

   Harold was born to the late William Ballard and Laura Adams in Cumberland City, TN, on July 14, 1943. He spent his adult years serving several different Law Enforcement Agencies in various capacities, including as Constable of Cumberland City. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in his younger days.

  Harold leaves behind his loving nieces and nephews; William Valdez (Judy Ann), Paul Spicer (Beverly), Roger Dale Spicer, Joel Valdez (Phylis), David Valdez (Cathy), Ronald Ballard, Allen Ballard, Daniel Ballard, Malory Lemley, and Vickie Burchette (Vaughn).
