Gustavia Hartley Hale, 83, passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at her home in Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, August 17, 2012 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Pastors Anthony Dailey and Brenda Pulley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. until the hour of service Friday at the funeral home.
Gustavia was born February 9, 1929 in Dalton, Georgia, daughter of Thomas and Cleo Knight Hartley. She was retired from the Health Care field and was a faithful member of the Clarksville Church of God.
Preceding her in death are her husband, the Rev. J.C. Hale, and her sons, J.C. Hale, Jr. and Rocky Hale.
Gustavia is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Judith and Leroy Bromley; her sister, Charlotte; and her twelve beloved grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
