McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born June 21, 1949 in Hurlong, California. Mrs. McVey was a rental property manager. Survivors include her husband, Tom McVey, Clarksville; sons, Daniel Bateman, Colorado, John Hypes, Virginia; daughter, Lisa Bateman, Ohio; brother, Jeff Hughes; sister, Annie Martin.
