Freda Johnson, 65, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at Centennial Medical Center in Nashville.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 2, 2013 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Jim Rich officiating. Burial will be in Sheppard's Cemetery, Stroudsville, TN.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Johnson was born November 19, 1947 in Hillsdale, MI, and was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Ellen Barnett Cole; husband, William "Bill" Johnson; She is survived by her, sons, William Scotty Johnson, Springfield, Norman Thomas Johnson, Ashland City; daughter, Ona Kay Bell, Pleasant View; sister, Pauline Munger, Ohio; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
