Erika Vaughn

Erika Hilde Vaughn, age 90, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.

Private services are being planned for a later date.

Erika entered this life on March 21, 1935, in Wiesbaden, Germany to the late Wilhelm and Johanna Preuss. She immigrated to the US and became a US Citizen. She was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Clarksville, and loved camping and spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ezra Vaughn, and siblings, Karl Preuss and Hannahlore Kelley.

Survivors include her children, Ezra Carl Vaughn (Janie), James Lee Vaughn (Barbara), Debra Craft (Robert), and Pamela Melton (Bart); brother, Gunter Preuss, six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are in the care of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 1209 Madsion St, Clarksville, TN.
