Docia Lough Stevens, age 75, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at Kindred Hospital in Nashville.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Rev. Dwayne James officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 7 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home.
Docia entered this life on October 25, 1937 in Mannington, WV, daughter of the late Charles and Minnie Myers Lough. She was an office manager and of the Southern Baptist denomination.
Docia has been reunited with her husband, Dale Franklin Stevens and her son, Roger Dale Stevens.
Survivors include her loving children, Charles Franklin Stevens and wife Sharon, John Robert Stevens, Darin Wayne Stevens, all of Clarksville, and Karin Jane Sanderson and husband Don of Dover; brother, Henry Lance Lough and wife Carol of Kalamazoo, MI, and sister-in-law, Shirley Lough of Kalamazoo. She was the loving grandmother of fifteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Members of the family will serve as pallbearers.
