Daniel Campbell

Daniel Lee Campbell, 51, Clarksville, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2007, at his residence after a courageous battle with a long illness. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, 2007 at Northside Baptist Church, 428 Lafayette Road with Rev. Hal Redding officiating. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born November 19, 1955 in Marysville, Ohio and resided in Charleston, West Virginia until graduating. He entered the U.S. Army after high school and traveled to many places, finally settling at Ft. Campbell until leaving the service. He owned his own plumbing business since 1985 in Clarksville. He was a member of the D.A.V. and American Legion. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Campbell. He is survived by his mother, Ernestine Jones Weathersbee, who resided in the same home. He leaves behind Margaret "Magi" Dougal, his partner of 16 years; a daughter, Candie Marie Campbell, Clarksville; three sons, Nathan Daniel Campbell, Clarksville; Matthew and Joseph Campbell, both of West VA; brother, Joseph Weathersbee, SC; sisters, Gail Whittington, FL, Brenda Parson, West VA, and Delores Walker, GA. His home was also shared with Deborah Yunevich and her two daughters, Brittney Elizabeth and Katherine Alice. He also leaves his faithful four legged friend, Rollie.
