Dale Edwards

Mrs. Dale A. Edwards, age 58 of Clarksville, passed away on April 14, 2014 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at City of David Christian Center with Bishop William E. Martin III officiating.
The family will receive friends from 2:30-4 p.m. on Saturday.
Dale entered this life on April 22, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland and was the daughter of Thomas Streams and Juanita Colvin Streams. She was a loving mother, proud grandmother and great-grandmother, and was a member of City of David Christian Center.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Charles Collins.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheena Johnson and husband Amos of Clarksville; brothers, Karriem Saleem El-Amin and Thomas Streams Jr of Baltimore; sisters, Harriett Savage and Brenda Jones of Baltimore; grandchildren, Montez, Shaniqua, and Keona Johnson; 4 great-grandchildren; her companion of 15 years, Wilburn Covin; and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
