Mr. Clyde Tanner, 96, Tennessee Ridge, died Friday, Oct. 5, 2007, in Lebanon, Tenn.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Nave Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Richard Neal officiating.
Burial will be in McDonald Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30 to 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. till service Monday at Nave Funeral Home.
Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born June 28, 1911, in Houston County son of the late William and Minnie Blankenship Tanner. He was preceded by his wife Nora O'Guin Tanner.
He was a member of The Church of God of Prophecy.
Survivors include two sons, Donald Tanner of Westerville, Ohio, and Orman Tanner of Portland, Tenn.; two daughters, Evone Thompson and Brenda Davis, both of Lebanon, Tenn.; one brother, Arthur Tanner of Erin; eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Darrick Peek, Warren Davis, Bill Thompson, Dale Thompson, Robert Sebring, William White.
