Chris Prewitt of Clarksville, TN passed away suddenly on August 21, 2026.

Celebration of Life will be at 3 PM, Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2pm on Wednesday until the hour of service.

Born in Clarksville, TN to Milon “Roy” Prewitt and Linda Sue Prewitt. Chris graduated from Northwest High School in 1990. Chris worked for Lewis Brothers Bakery. He enjoyed spending time with his youngest son, Tristan, working to rebuild his motorcycle and his ’51 Chevy Bel-Aire. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Prewitt, brother Ben Prewitt and his wife Felicia, his sons Brennen Prewitt, Devin Prewitt, Donavan Prewitt, and Tristan Prewitt and his wife Ashley. Grandchildren, Ayden and Harper Prewitt.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Prewitt.
