Charles "Red" Perrigo

Mr. Charles “Red” Edward Perrigo, age 74 of Erin, TN, died on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at his residence.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 4, 2016 at the chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Sis Leah Ann Kohler officiating. Interment will follow in Hamm Cemetery.
The Perrigo family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Friday afternoon.
Red entered this life on February 13, 1942 in Houston County, TN, son of the late William and Ethel Clemons Perrigo. Red was a lifelong resident of Houston County, TN, and retired from Moore construction with over 40 years of experience. He enjoyed working on cars and trucks, cutting wood, and working on his toy race car. He also enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He enjoyed sharing his passions and traits with his grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Red was preceded in death by his son, James David Perrigo; granddaughter, Desiree Hope Harrison; brothers, William (Billy) Garner, Doris Perrigo, James (Polly) Parrott, Ricky Parrott; sisters, Mae Bates, Bee Windsor, Ruth Smith, and Betty Jean Perrigo.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Mary Faye Lovelady Perrigo; sons, Dwayne Perrigo (Lisa) of Indian Mound, TN, Michael Perrigo (Companion Eve McClain) of Erin, TN; daughters, Deloris Wallace (Tony) of Erin, TN, Loretta Massie (Jessie) of Erin, TN; grandchildren, Chris, Casey, Camden, Josh, Jacob, Amanda, Justina, Hope, Dylan, Lil Micheal, Mattie, Beth, Joey, Lil Tony, Justin, Jamie, Robert, Jeremiah, Isaac, Rachel; great-grandchildren, William, Dakota, Brooke, Emma, Isaiah, Emilee, Hunter, Joseph, Daylin, Patrick, Blake, Bryson, Khloe, Elijah, Lakelyn, Charlee; brothers, Bobby Parrott, Robert Parrott; sister, Kathy Bryant; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Button, Jacob Button, Chris Perrigo, Casey Perrigo, Dylan Perrigo, Jamie Smith, Justin Smith, and Joey Smith. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Little Micheal, Robert, Jeremiah, Isaac, Camden, William, Elijah, Isaiah, Lil Tony, Mandy, Justina, Rachel, Hope, Bethany, Khloe, and Emma.
