Charles Baggett

Charles Andrew Baggett, age 75 of Cunningham, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2014.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tim Ferrell officiating. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the hour of service on Wednesday at the church.
Charles entered this life on February 19, 1939 in Montgomery County and was the son of the late Dudley Baggett and Arvee Bryant Baggett. He was a member and elder of Locust Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church and was a carpenter, a farmer, and formally an insurance agent.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Charles Dudley Baggett, and brother, Billy Joe Baggett.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Peggy McWhorter Baggett; son, Billy Joe Baggett; daughters, Charlene Baggett and Patti (Ken) Ellis; brother, Ralph (Vickie) Baggett; 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Ellis, Cody Baggett, Kyle Baggett, Ken Ellis, Clayton Baggett, and Ryan Stewart.
Honorary pallbearers will be A.B. Baggett, Charles Buster McWhorter, Bud Stump, Greg Hodges, Bobby Seay, and Arnold Hodges.
