Callie Parker

Callie Pearl Parker, 97, Erin, died Tuesday, January 1,2008, at Trinity Hospital. The funeral will be held at 2pm Thursday at Nave Funeral Home with Bro.Charles Towrey and Faye Winstead officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3pm till 8pm Wednesday and from 8am till service Thursday at Nave Funeral Home. She was born September 8,1910 in Dickson County,Tn. daughter of the late Clyde and Ida Garton Brooks.She was the widow of the late Clarence Parker. Survivors include three sisters Betty Unger of Carlyle,Tn.Hazel Burgess of Erin,Tn.and Lillie Newcolm of Memphis,Tn. Pallbearers will be Gregery Dew, Danny Bullard, Scotty Jointer, Charles Vaughn, Ray Warfield, Benny Toraz.Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Noran, Carlton Brooks, Charles Brooks, Bud Willes, LD Tate.
