Blake Allan Williams, age 3, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Blake was born on April 5, 2014 in Clarksville to parents SPC John Williams and Kim Blake Williams. In addition to his parents Blake is survived by his sister, Donna; maternal grandfather, James Branagan; paternal grandparents, James and Bernice Williams and Clark and Susan Golden; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life for Blake will be held in the Spring of 2018.
