Billy Reddick

Billy Tom Reddick, age 82 of, Erin, TN, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at his residence.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Gum Springs Baptist Church with Bro. Stephen Ramsey officiating. Burial will follow in Gum Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Reddick family will receive friends on Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home and again from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service Sunday afternoon at the church.

Billy entered this life on September 24, 1941 in Cumberland City, TN, son to the late WA Reddick and Angeline Pulley Reddick. Billy faithfully served his country in the United States Army where he proudly served during the Vietnam conflict. Billy was a lifelong resident of Houston County, and was a faithful member of Gum Springs Baptist Church

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his step-son, Douglas Wayne Phipps; and brother, Charles Reddick.

Survivors include his loving wife of 41 years, Rachel Biter Reddick; sons, Billy Tom Reddick JR, Monty Ray (Crystal) Reddick; siblings, Shirley Hogan, Mary Ann Hardwick, and Lucille Riley. Billy also leaves behind his adopted grandchildren, David Patrick, Michael Patrick, Anna Patrick, Allison Holliday, Regan Traylor; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Traylor, Chase Ingram, Ronald Patrick, Ronnie Burlison, David Crockarell, and Gene Hogan JR. Regan Traylor will serve as honorary pallbearers.
