Betty Graff-Francis

Betty Lou Graff-Francis, 70, Clarksville, died Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Fieldstone Place with Rev. Ward Carver officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday at Fieldstone Place at Fieldstone Place. The remains are to be cremated. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born August 19, 1937 in Jamestown, ND, daughter of John Lou Graff and Margorie Wells Graff. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Archie Francis. Mrs. Francis was formerly employed by Kwik Set Lock Company and later volunteered for twleve years at Gateway Medical Center. She was a Christian and a member of the Red Hat Society. Survivors include her son, Jeff Francis, Clarksville; daughter, Paula Francis, Murfreesboro; brothers, Bill Graff and Robert Graff, Washington, David Graff, Nevada; sisters, Dorla Kittoe and Margie Anderson, Washingson, Shirley Nelson, Arizona; grandchildren, Jessica Welch, Elizabeth Loatwall, Jonathan Allen; great-grandchildren, April Welch and Daniels Welch Jr. Memorials may be made to Gateway Hospice, 1771 Madison Street, Clarksville, TN 37043.
