Betty Baggett O'Neil

Betty Gayle Baggett O'Neil, age 74, of Slidell, Louisiana and formerly of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2013, at Slidell Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services were held at the First United Methodist Church in Slidell. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville with the Rev. Roger Freeman officiating. Relatives and friends are encouraged to join the family.
Betty was a native of Clarksville and a resident of Slidell, LA since 1965, Mrs. O’Neil was the secretary/treasurer of O’Neil Theatres Inc., a member of First United Methodist Church of Slidell, LA, a life member of the Slidell Junior Auxiliary, The Slidell Little Theatre, and the Louisiana-Mississippi Theatre Owners Association.
She was the beloved wife of Timothy Henry O’Neil, Jr for 57 years; mother to Margaret O’Neil Fleming and husband George R. Fleming Jr. of Clarksville and Timothy Henry O’Neil III; daughter of the late Coy D. Baggett and Louise Sawyer Baggett of Clarksville, TN; and sister of Coy D. Baggett Jr. and wife Joann Dinsmore Baggett of Clarksville, TN. She was the loving grandmother of Lauren O’Neil Fleming, Blaire O’Neil Fleming, and Timothy Henry O’Neil IV.
