Mrs. Alberta Locke Allen, 83, Erin, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2007, at Centennial Medical Center.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Brother Billy Smith and Brother Greg John officiating.
Burial will be in Allen Family Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:30 to 8 p.m. today at Nave Funeral Home and from 8:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday at the church.
Nave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born Dec. 15, 1923, in Lebanon, daughter of the late H.B. (Red) Locke and the late Mary Ethel Cox Locke. She was the widow of John (Bodie) Allen.
She was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Russell Allen of Cumberland Furnace, and Herbie Allen of Clarksville; two daughters, Jane Goodman of Clarksville, and Natalie Heflin of Erin; two brothers, George Locke of Warren, Mich. and Robert Locke of Lebanon; five sisters, Nina Green of Camden, Lucille Taylor, Sue Lackey, Emma Fish, and Reba Haley, all of Lebanon; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Allen Goff, Jamie Goff, Neal Lee, Bill Percell, Loni Forrest, Howell Brock, and Roger Weathford.
