Linda Williams

Linda Lee Williams, 86, Clarksville, went to be the the Lord, died Sunday, August 30, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. Roger Freeman officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home at the funeral home.
McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born May 19, 1923 in Montgomery County and was the daughter of the late, Sterling and Lessie Underwood Baggett. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Cyril Lloyd Williams, Clarksville; daughter, Cheryl Williams McKinney; brother, Lawrence Baggett, Indiana; sister, Modene Bearden, Clarksville; grandson, Devin Williams, Clarksville; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Floyd McKinney, Gavin Bearden, Lawrence Baggett, Clint Averitt, Jared Averitt, Bryan Bateman. Honorary pallbearers will the members of the Homemakers Sunday School Class and First Baptist Church.
