Kolby Quinn Adams, age 2 months of Clarksville, went to be with Jesus on February 15, 2020.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, February 27, 2020 at LifePoint Church.
The family will receive friends from 3 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.
Kolby was born on December 13, 2019 in Nashville, TN to Josh and Brooke Adams. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Maci Adams and brother, Emery Adams; paternal grandparents, Shawn (Staceylin) Adams, and Stacey Adams; maternal grandparents, Jeff Davis and Tracy (Frank) Farias.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family.
