Joan Marion Hamm, age 94, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at her residence.
Services will be held at a later date in Venice, FL with burial next to her husband in Venice Memorial Gardens.
Joann entered this life on January 3, 1926 in Elyria, OH to the late William and Jurnel Gleckner Hansman. She lived in Nokomis, Florida for 46 years until moving to Cunningham, TN in 2016 to be close to her son Gary and family. Joan was married to Richard F. “Dick” Hamm until his death in 1981. While in Florida, Joan was an active member of Faith Lutheran Church in Sarasota, FL. She enjoyed bowling and was a league member until her early 80’s.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard F. “Dick” Hamm.
Survivors include her children, Gary Hamm and his wife, Linda, Cunningham, TN, Richard “Rick” Hamm and his wife, Sandi Walker, Louden, TN, and Donna Hamm Reilly, Longmont, CO; grandchildren, Brendan Reilly, Forrest Reilly, Mariel Newkrik, and Mariah Cox. Joan is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
