James "Jimmy" Richardson

May 18, 1952 — March 23, 2021

James “Jimmy” Albert Richardson, Jr. age 68, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, after losing his battle with cancer.
Celebration of Life will be held 12 noon Monday, March 29, 2021 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
He was born on May 18,1952 in Detroit, Michigan, to the late James A. Richardson and Anna Burton Richardson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Lynn and Abbie Richardson and his maternal grandparents, Larrie and Odessa Albright Burton, and sister, Linda A. Joiner.
Survivors include his siblings Nancy Hall, Peggy Hardeman, and Wayne Richardson (Sheryl), nephew Brent Richardson (Jordan), and one great-niece, Briella.
Jimmy graduated from Clarksville High School in 1970. He was known as "Tank" to a lot of his friends. He was a loving son and brother. He enjoyed spending time with his family, going to car shows, collecting model cars, and working on older cars throughout the years. He will be greatly missed.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers are Larry Richardson, Ben Shearron, Pete Shearron, Ricky Brisendine, Steve Neubauer, Don Rice, Lou Rittenberry, and Billy Piatt.
