Frank St. Mark

December 17, 1939 — March 26, 2023

Francis Marley St. Mark, Jr., age 83 of Clarksville, TN passed away surrounded by love ones on
Sunday, March 26, 2023.
Francis “Frank” entered this life on December 17, 1939, to the late Francis St. Mark, Sr. and
Gwendolyn Regina Nell St. Mark. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend.
Frank graduated from Strayer University in 1976 with a degree in Business Administration. He
was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy. Frank retired from the Department of Defense
Logistics Agency, having specialized in acquisitions and logistics. He was a member of the
American Legion and was the USS Guardian ships coordinator for the YAGRS Association for
many years. Frank was involved with various civic organizations, volunteered at the North
Carolina Maritime Museum and enjoyed teaching computer classes at the community center.
Other hobbies included disc jockeying, the arts, listening to music and old time radio, trains,
dancing, photography, traveling and spending time with friends.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Bernice Francis St. Mark, brother
Steven St. Mark and nephew Mark Askew.
Survivors include his daughters, Arlene Pustalka (Daniel J. Pustalka), Regina Agee-Cruz and
spouse, Raymond Cruz, Renee Peyton (Carl Peyton) and bonus son, Bradley Keith Dale;
siblings: Sidonie Askew and Patricia Whitten; grandchildren Michael Pustalka, Jacob Pustalka,
Olivia Agee, Daniella Agee, Jessica Agee, Courtney Peyton, and Zoey Peyton; great-
grandchildren, Zander Pustalka and Brooklyn Pustalka; many nieces and nephews including
Adrian, Christina, Simone, Gregory, Geoffrey, Joseph, Nicolas and Leah; many extended family
and friends who will miss him dearly.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 19, 2023, at St. John the Evangelist in Silver Spring, MD. Interment and US Navy Honors to follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, located on 13801 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD.
