Frances Smith

Frances Irene Smith, 87, Cunningham, died Thursday, October 13, 2011 at her residence. A celebration of her life will be held 4 p.m., Sunday, October 16, 2011 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Saturday and from 12 noon until the hour of service Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Smith was born May 30, 1924 in Cunningham and was preceded in death by her parents, William Edgar and Cora Baggett Smith; husband, Alex Smith; and her son, David Smith.
She was retired from Acme Boot Company and was a member of Lone Oak Baptist Church since 1937.
Survivors include her sons, Kenneth Smith, Randel Smith, both of Cunningham; daughter, Julia Smith, Clarksville; brother, Bill Bearden; sister, Margaret Hankins; grandchildren, Chris Smith, Stacey Lynn Tadlock, Jamie Smith, Jason Smith; great-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Henry Bearden, Ed Hill, Larry Hankins, Michael Hankins, James Bearden, Tommy Bearden, Marty Britt and Randy Albert.
