Frances Elizabeth Owens, age 94 of Clarksville passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Signature Healthcare.
A Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, November 23, 2020 at Riverview Cemetery.
Frances entered this life on May 8, 1926 in Montgomery County to the late John and Jennie Harrison Whitford. She was a member of Sunnyview Baptist Church and retired from Vulcan.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Peggy Bartee and grandson, Michael Howell.
Survivors include her children, Mark (Kay) Bartee, Linda Floyd(Cliff), Rodney (Monique) Owens, Linda Owens, and Glynda Owens; grandchildren, Rita Gibbs, Dana Pruitt, Tera(Cary) Clay, Cameron Owens, Christopher Owens, Kayla Owens, Matthew Bartee, Damian Bartee and Megan Bartee.Tiffany Hicks.
