Dr. Sirk was one of my former Geography professors at Austin Peay State University. I took him for two different Geography courses, GEOG 1010 "Physical Geography" which I made a C in and GEOG 4000 "Environmental Management" which I made a B in. I enjoyed having him as a professor. He was such a cool and funny guy. Every time I was in his class, he always put a smile on my face with his sense of humor and with his interesting information about Geography. I will miss him very much. But I am thankful that he is out of pain and sickness and is in God's place.

Robert as an adult was the same as a kid. He loved making sure he knew all there was to know about a subject before he told you about it. He loved animals and was a good horseman. Great son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. When we talked he told me all about the boys and how proud he was of them. We will always remember his visiting us in VA. Prayers to all of his family.
