She was born on October 27, 1971 in Cherry Hill, SC the daughter of the Raymond Lutz and Sheila Ann Snodgrass. Dawne was a U.S. Army Veteran having served 15 years.
Dawne is preceded in death by her mother.
In addition to her father, survivors include her husband, Lamont Rogers; son, Chris Lutz; daughter Amari Rogers; grandchild, Tyran Rogers; brother, Joey Rigdon; and sister, Amanda Rigdon.
