Beverly Boone

Beverly Carol Boone, age 71, of Clarksville, TN was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, December 5, 2022.

Visitation for Beverly will be held on Friday, December 9, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. A 3 p.m. Graveside service will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Erin, TN with Pastor Derek Simonis officiating.

Beverly entered this life on May 18, 1951 to the late Wayland Hoit Mitchum Jr. and Martha Ann (Frazier) Mitchum, both of Waverly, TN. Beverly had a Masters Degree in Human Services. She enjoyed time spent with her family, especially with her grandchildren, always creating new adventures with them, and watching their sporting events. Beverly will be remembered for many things, including her sense of humor and love of singing. She was the little lady “with a song in her heart” who could charm most anyone with the lyrics she created.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lester Boone; granddaughter Eva Annelise Lusk; brother Michael Lawrence Mitchum; brother-in-law Jim Morgan; niece Heather Mitchum; and beloved aunt Norma Mitchum Anderson.

Survivors include her children, Josh Sykes (Tracey), Robert Alan Boone (Kelly), Nathan Boone, and Lisa (T.J.) Lusk; grandchildren Grace Sykes, John Lusk, Evan Lusk, Shelby Boone, and Nathan Gregory; siblings Cheryl Morgan and Wayland Hoit Mitchum III (Kim).
