Betty Jo Golden, known to many as Granny, age 90, of Clarksville, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021, at 4 p.m. at Second Mile Church with Rev. Cal Hampton officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the hour of service at the church.

Betty Jo entered into this life on November 22, 1930, in Notasulga, AL, to the late Claude and Grace Coleman. Betty Jo was a Christian woman who loved to cook for anyone and everyone and have family gatherings.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Golden II; son, Bob Golden.

Survivors include her son, Johnny (Cathy) Golden; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Golden; brothers, James Godfrey and Gene Godfrey; grandchildren, Wesley (Sara) Golden, Tiffany Martin, Grace Golden, Olivia (Bryan) Pullin; great-grandchildren, Zoey Martin, Hadley Jo Martin, Wyatt Martin, Nash Cooper Golden, Lydia Golden, Mia Golden, and Peyton Pullin.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bikers Who Care at P.O. Box 1253, Clarksville, TN 37040.
