Barbara Gail Kalantarzadeh, age 66, of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Tennova Healthcare.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 noon, Tuesday, September 1, 2020 with Preacher Clyde Akers officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.
Barbara entered into this life on March 20, 1954 in Richmond County, North Carolina.
She is preceded in death by her father, David J. Blount.
Survivors include her husband, Hedayatolah Kalantarzadeh; mother, Martha Rogers Blount; children, Hedy David Kalantar, and Kyle Gholam Kalantar, and sisters, Vickie Tester and Kathy Dean.
